It seems to me that the reasons for Tyrrell's expulsion would be something you would want to "get into," given the topic of this podcast. It's surely relevant to the leadership race and the party's meltdown that they had to excel a provincial leader for being a Putin apologist, n'est-ce pas?
I mean, I didn't ask whether or not this site had written about Tyrrell, and in a politics podcast I don't think repetition is a concern, really. I was merely pointing out that saying "for reasons we won't get into here" is a very strange comment to make from a CBC reporter discussing this very issue. That's all. I regret, as I always do, making any sort of comment online about anything political. Enjoy the podcast though!
